Dryer failure

The most impressive part is that, even after the large blue flames and billows of smoke dissipated, the thing still worked!  Well, almost worked.  No heat.  The dome gym is now our temporary dryer.

Poppy!

My poppies are in bloom!  I was afraid all of the rain would ruin them but here is my first full bloom.  One of my all-time favorite flowers!

Puppy Song

"Lili-by" Photo by Caleb and Andrew

puppy, you are so puppy-like,

you keep us up all night,

we will make you pay.

make you play all day,

with such crazy boys,

who make so much noise.

you thought you had it bad,

at night when you were sad,

a sound that makes us mad.

too much love?  is there such a thing?

enough to make you sing,

your puppy bark does ring…

~e.e. goings crazy

A poem for Lily written by her loving, and tired, family.
